ReplyDelete4/17/2010 I just bought them at Sponge Docks, Tarpon Springs, and they are the cutest mits ever! They look great in the kitchen, and I usually do not like to keep anything out! So Great job Margaret! Thank you.....just wish I would have bought more for gifts! Please keep coming back!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great invention!! Regular size pot holders are too big and can touch the food or drink when you remove them from the microwave.
ReplyDeleteFingerslips are the right size to let your hands feel secure holding the plate or cup you want to remove from the microwave.
Having a magnet to place Fingertips on the frig or on the side of the microwave is so convenient!
I bought a set when you were at Lady Lake Art In The Park last Saturday. My Daughter returned on Sunday to buy a pair for herself. I hope you will be back in the spring!

I met Margaret and her husband at Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs a few years ago. They were so nice, my husband and I chatted with them for a while. They showed us the Fingerslips and I purchased a few sets. Giving some out as gifts, I am now sorry that I did not buy a few more for myself. They are the best mitts I have ever used, perfect size, and pretty too! I have the grape pattern. Please come back to Sponge Docks more often. I would love to even sell them in this area because they are great and I know many more of my friends would enjoy them.

ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic! Just the right size to use to get items out of the microwave that may be too hot to touch! I got mine from the grant seafood festival in Florida and love them! Plus the salesman was one of the most kindest people I have ever met! Everyone should have a set!
